Who we are

Loan Daddy LLC (NMLS #2827624) is a mortgage broker, not a lender. We arrange and shop business-purpose financing from wholesale lenders. We do not make credit decisions or fund loans.

Business-purpose scope

The site and our services relate only to business-purpose loans secured by non-owner-occupied investment property. They are not intended for personal, family or household purposes. You agree not to submit requests for property that you or your family will occupy.

Tools are for planning only

The DSCR calculator, scenario builder, document checklist and guides provide general estimates and education. Results depend entirely on the information you enter and are not a loan offer, approval, rate lock, commitment to lend, or legal, tax or financial advice. Actual programs, requirements and terms are set by wholesale lenders and are subject to underwriting and lender or investor approval.

Your information

You agree that information you submit is accurate to the best of your knowledge. Our handling of your information is described in our privacy policy.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site, including by submitting false information, attempting to interfere with its operation, or using automated means to submit forms.

Intellectual property

The DSCR Loan App name, wordmark, design and content are owned by Loan Daddy LLC. You may share links to our pages, but you may not copy or republish site content without permission.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The site is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Loan Daddy LLC disclaims warranties of any kind and is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or its tools.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
