This policy explains how Loan Daddy LLC (“we,” “us”), operating the DSCR Loan App brand at dscrloan.app, handles information. By using the site you agree to this policy.
Information you give us
When you submit the application or quick-start form, we collect what you enter: name, email, phone, property state, property type, loan purpose, estimated value, loan amount, occupancy, any message, and your contact consent. If you built a scenario first, its summary is included in your message.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, we receive standard technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages requested. When you submit a form, we also send marketing attribution details captured during your visit: campaign parameters (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, utm_content), ad click identifiers (gclid, fbclid), the page where your visit began, and the referring site.
What stays on your device
Our tools are designed to keep your planning private until you choose to share it. Document checklist progress is saved in your browser’s local storage. Scenario answers and first-visit attribution are kept in session storage, which your browser clears when the tab session ends. Calculator inputs are not stored at all. None of this is sent to us unless you submit a form.

- To respond to your request and contact you by email, phone or text, as you consented
- To review your scenario and shop it with wholesale lenders on your behalf
- To understand which pages and campaigns are useful, and to improve the site
- To meet legal, regulatory and record-keeping obligations
How we share information
We share information with wholesale lenders and settlement service providers as needed to arrange the financing you request, with service providers that help us operate (for example, hosting, customer relationship management and messaging tools), and when required by law. We do not sell your personal information.
Text messages
If you consent to texts, message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Your choices
You can opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link, opt out of texts by replying STOP, and ask us to access, correct or delete your information where applicable law provides those rights. Clear your browser storage at any time to remove checklist and scenario data from your device.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so please share sensitive documents only through the secure channel your loan officer provides, never through the website form.
