Loan Daddy LLC acts as a mortgage broker. We arrange and shop financing from wholesale lenders on your behalf. We do not make credit decisions, and we do not fund loans. The wholesale lender that approves a loan is responsible for underwriting, final terms and funding.

The loans we arrange through DSCR Loan App are for business purposes, secured by non-owner-occupied investment property. They are not available for personal, family or household purposes, and they are not available for any property that you, a family member or anyone in your household will occupy, whether full-time, part-time or as a second home.
